Polyurethane cable tray is the infrastructure member of our composite range — the tray specified along highways, in airports and ports, and on road and rail projects. It pairs the corrosion immunity of a polymer with the toughness polyurethane is known for: where a steel tray would rust in salt-laden air and a brittle material would crack under impact, polyurethane keeps its section and keeps carrying cable.

Model table
No numeric model table is published for polyurethane: sizes, spans and loads are selected for the duty and confirmed with your quotation — they are not read off the steel L / P / T tables. In the inquiry form, select “Other / Multiple Products” — your polyurethane selection is written into the message as the Variant line.
Load & installation conditions
As with FRP, polyurethane sections are selected for the duty rather than read off the steel tables: send the route, span and cable load with your BOQ and the quotation states the section proposed for it, with the price, before production is scheduled.
Custom & supply
Polyurethane tray is produced to the project schedule and bundled for export with its molded fittings in the same shipment. Tell us the route drawings with the inquiry and the fittings count comes back inside the quotation, not as a later extra.
Molded polyurethane fittings
Bends, tees and covers for polyurethane runs are molded in the same material as the straights, so the route keeps one corrosion-proof, impact-resistant build from end to end. Fittings are counted from your route drawings and packed into the same shipment as the lengths they join.
