Trough Cable Tray
A solid-bottom channel tray — with its cover fitted, the run is fully enclosed. Trough tray is the format specified for computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables and other sensitive control circuits, because the closed steel body keeps dust off the cables and shields them from interference.

Why buyers specify it
- Solid bottom and close-fitting cover: a fully enclosed, dust-tight route for sensitive cables
- The closed steel body shields control and signal cables from interference along the run
- Published T1 model table below — folding-edge straight sections in six types (T1–T6) shown in the catalog chapter (p.031)
- Full fitting range in the same material and finish: bends, tees, crosses, reducers and covers

Load & installation conditions
Safe working loads are published per model and size in the catalog T1 table below (chapter 槽式电缆桥架 / Cable Trunking Systems, p.035). For T2–T6 styles, SWL and unit weight are confirmed with your quotation — the size grid, materials and finishes are the same as T1.
Custom & supply
Standard sizes ship from regular production; custom widths, heights and colors are made to order. Covers are formed to the tray width and counted into the same shipment, film-wrapped and palletised for export.
Trough-chapter fittings
Horizontal tees (HT) and horizontal crosses (HC), 90° / 60° / 45° / 30° horizontal elbows (HE), vertical internal bends (VIB) and vertical external bends (VOB — the catalog chapter's code; the perforated chapter uses VEB), left / right / middle reducers (LR / RR / MR), upper vertical tees (UVT) and the vertical tee / elbow / cross family of catalog p.034. Parameter tables for Vertical Tee Fitting-a and Upper Vertical Tee-a (widths 50–1200 mm, heights 50–200 mm) are catalog p.050; products of any specification and size can be customized.
