Shandong Hongfeng Electric Group Co., Ltd. is a factory-direct manufacturer of cable tray and cable management systems in Liaocheng, Shandong, China. What began as a trading company in 2015 grew into an integrated manufacturer combining R&D, design and sales — today the factory runs its own production lines and ships direct to project sites across the Gulf and Southeast Asia.

Founded as a trading company
Hongfeng starts out as a trading company.
Manufacturing begins
Grows into an integrated manufacturer combining R&D, design and sales, with a plant area of 1,800㎡.
Plant expansion
Plant expands to 3,300㎡, equipment increases by 50%, and safety and environmental approvals are obtained.
Certifications
Automation equipment increases 10% year on year; ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certification is achieved and the company trademark is applied for.
Management upgrade
R&D and design staff grow 25% year on year, and management staff grow 35%.
Innovation
Automation equipment increases 30% year on year, and more than 10 new R&D products are developed.
Steady growth
The site expands to 5,000㎡ and automation equipment increases 15%.
Rapid growth
Plant area grows to 7,800㎡, automation equipment increases more than 25% year on year, capacity rises more than 48%, production staff grow 45%, a new-type support frame patent certificate is obtained, and an ERP system is introduced.
Leap forward
Plant area grows to 12,000㎡, automation equipment increases more than 40% year on year, the sales, planning and production teams expand significantly, DingTalk, ERP and other information systems are deepened, and logistics facilities are improved.

Project experience
Our tray systems have gone into power engineering projects in Saudi Arabia, a data centre project in Singapore, and a shopping mall power distribution project in the United States, alongside project work across the Gulf and Southeast Asia. We do not publish client names or project figures — quotations and references are handled directly with buyers.
Markets we serve
Priority markets are the Gulf and Southeast Asia: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand first, followed by Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait — with the United States, Mexico and major European markets beyond that.
